Welcome to Texas Gaming Championships. TGC is a professional video game championship series featuring the best players in Texas competing in variety of tournaments to see who is the best. TGC events feature Super Smash Bros Wii U, Street Fighter V, Super Smash Bros Melee, Killer Instinct, Pokken, BYOC (Bring Your Own Console) area, social gaming atmosphere and much more. Come check out TGC, make some new friends and see high level players compete in tournaments in your favorite games!

Venue Capacity

The venue space we have reserved can hold 400 players.


Registration Time

Please be at the venue by 10:00am for set-up, registration and warm ups. Registration will cut off at 12:00pm and there will be absolutely no admittance into any event after 12:05pm. Please plan ahead by clearing your schedule for this day and leaving your house early.

Registration/Practice starts at 10:00am -12:00pm
– Smash 4 2vs2 Doubles starts at 10:00am-2:00pm
– Smash Melee 1vs1 (GC) starts at 1:00pm
– Street Fighter V 1vs1 (PS4) starts at 1:00pm
– Pokken 1vs1 (WiiU) starts at 1:00pm
– Killer Instinct (Xone) starts at 1:00pm
– Smash 4 1vs1 (WiiU) starts at 1:00pm
– Smash 4 1vs1 Singles pools 1-4 starts at 1:00pm – 4:00pm
– Smash 4 1vs1 Singles pools 5-8 starts at 1:00pm – 4:00pm
– Smash 4 1vs1 Singles Top 32 starts at 7:00pm – End
– Smash Melee 2vs2 (GC) starts at 3:00pm
– BYOC (Any game with 8 or more tournament entrants) starts at 4:00pm
Leave The Venue at 1:00am or earlier


Venue & Entry Fees

Venue Fee = $10

Bring A Full Setup = $5 (Includes Tv/Game/Console)

We need setups! Purchase your $10 ticket and you will be refunded $5 at the door if you bring a full setup. This offer is only valid if setup is being used during the tournament times listed and is limited on a 1st come 1st serve basis. The 1st few setups through the door will receive this special discount.

If you are entering Smash 4 DO NOT pay your VENUE FEE on here, do it on Smash.gg instead. If you pay your VENUE FEE on here you will not be entered into the tournament. All registration MUST be done online BEFORE June 1. Smash 4 is capped at 265 singles and 80 teams and there will be ZERO offline/in-person registration. No exceptions!

Texas Gaming Championships 8 Venue Registration

    Venue Fee Pass allows you to come inside the venue and play casuals all day. If you are competing in any of the tournaments you will have to pay an additional entry fee which is separate from the venue fee. Print/show your paypal ticket receipt to us at the venue or on your phone. Purchasing this ticket will guarantee your attendance. If you do not purchase a ticket online, you can still show up to the venue but if we are over venue capacity you will not be able to enter the venue. Bring A Full Setup (Includes Tv/Game/Console) and get $5 refunded at the venue. We need setups for the main games! All attendees can get your tickets on here or in person at the venue. Purchasing your ticket online will guarantee your attendance and you will be able to play casuals all day. If you do not buy a ticket online, you can still come to the venue but risk coming to the event and if we are over capacity/sold out of tickets, you will not be able to come in the venue. We highly suggest you purchase your ticket online to guarantee your attendance. Print/show us your ticket receipt at the venue or show us on your phone.

We strongly recommend you bring your own Tv and Consoles: Wii U, X360, Xone, GC, Ps4 and Games: Wii U Smash and Pokken, Umvc3 (X360), SfV (Ps4), MkX (Ps4), Melee (GC). Bring your GCN controllers and adapter if you bring a Wii U to the event. Wii U tablets are banned because only one tablet can be hooked up to a Wii U at a time.


BYOC Section

Casuals in any game is more than welcome to be played in this area all day but keep in mind that space is limited so this will be on a 1st come 1st serve basis. AirbrushKing will host a tournament for any game that gets 8 or more entrants to enter the tournament so tell everyone you know that would like to participate to get there tickets and sign up at the venue.
